I ordered the Raspberry White Chocolate cheesecake for my son's and husband's birthdays. Wow! Did they really come through for me. Cheesecake is my son's favorite dessert and they both agreed that this was as good or better than any cheesecake they've ever had. That truly says a lot coming from those two. Charlie was so easy to communicate with making ordering a breeze. Pickup was at his home and was also super easy. I cannot recommend them enough. We'll be ordering again.
This was the first time I tried Apex Cheesecakes and I will absolutely be back! The six mini cheesecakes were not only beautiful but also tasted delicious! I ordered cherry and vanilla chai. Charles was so kind, responsive, and accommodating. I also appreciated the ease and simplicity of communication, pick-up, and payment (I chose the Venmo option). I can't wait to try the fall flavors!

We ordered the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, and it is fantastic. It takes a lot of skill to make cheesecake this well! Every element is superb. The crust holds up well, but it is not overly crumbly or hard. The texture of the cheesecake, while heavier than mousse as it should be, is light and creamy. The generous raspberry topping and buttercream rosettes on top are beautiful and tasty. Charles paid attention to every detail, even the box. It was refreshing and heartwarming to meet someone so genuinely kind and who cares so much about his product. Looking forward to ordering more of his lovely cheesecakes in the future.
I placed an order for a 9 inch classic cheesecake with strawberry topping for my wife’s birthday. It looked great and tasted even better. My wife loved this cake I would recommend Mr. Charles if you are looking for a high quality cheesecake.

It was wonderful working with Apex Cheesecakes! I came to him with a last minute request (same day) for a birthday cheesecake and he responded promptly with options to choose from. We ordered the plain cheesecake and added mini Oreos to it. My daughter and her friends all said it was the best cheesecake they’ve had! We will absolutely be repeat customers. I usually order a cheesecake or cake from my nearby Publix, but this year I wanted to do something different and came across Apex Cheesecakes—and I’m so glad I did! We ordered the 6-inch Cookies and Cream cheesecake for my birthday, and while it may be small in size, it lasted us an entire week because it’s so dense and rich (in the best way!).
